At Industronic we seek the growth of each of our employees, that is why we created TIM, Industronic Talent of Tomorrow, an initiative that seeks to promote and develop the talent of today with a vision for the future.
Our Environment
We protect our environment through the whole process from from the innate design of our products to the manufacturing and in operation. Every single Industronic product we place on the market has energy efficiency technology and and a low carbon imprint, saving money, energy and toxic output during its extended lifetime.
All Industronic products have a low carbon footprint with features such as: low operating temperature, high energy efficiency, irregular voltage protection, product life extension, highly conductive wiring and materials, as well as resistant industrial grade components, cabinetry, and parts.
Our production process strictly adheres to Work Ministry ecology guidelines for toxic material use and disposal. Our employees are supplied with the necessary materials for their health and wellbeing while handling paints or other potentially harmful products.
Along with these practices, our Ecology Program was created with the goal of reducing the use of paper and other limited sourced items, recycling all our plastics and aluminum and safely reusing all possible items.
Projects
We carefully select projects that have the most direct positive impact and also where we can have hands on experiences. We believe education and immersion are the most important ways to make a sustainable difference.
On April 22nd, together with the “Sagrada Familia” association, we held a Children’s Day celebration with the families of the Juárez community, N.L.
During this day, we were able to participate in several activities from our social outreach project. Among them, we cleaned the park, played with the children, and distributed food baskets and toys.
It was an incredible experience to share with the community and make it a special moment for everyone.
On September 17, 2022 a social work project was carried out in the municipality of Sabanagrande, Atlantico, Colombia. This activity was carried out by several of our collaborators in Colombia and toys and snacks were delivered to the children of that community. Thanks to all who contributed to make this activity a reality!
Still Hope is an association from Nuevo León, in charge of providing support to communities of extreme poverty in the south of the state of Nuevo León, this Association was born at the end of 2019, currently they have collaborations with different companies, among which Industronic has joined.
How do we support?
On June 4, Industronic in collaboration with the association Still Hope attended the delivery of more than 100 pantries of basic food in the south of the state of Nuevo Leon. For Industronic it is essential to collaborate and team up for the common good.
San Pedro Parks cares for, arranges and improves the 6 emblematic parks of the municipality of San Pedro Garza García so that their flora and fauna are well preserved.
It is a decentralized public organism, focused in a professional, specialized and independent way in the conservation of ecosystems, the operation of the facilities, the recreation of visitors and the administration of the team that composes San Pedro Parks, prioritizing the common good and sustainable development.
How do we support?
The team created a space for pollinating insects, with the objective of contributing to the biodiversity of nature. This activity has great benefits such as the reproduction of a large number of flowering plants, ensuring a suitable habitat for animal species, improving nutrition among others.
We care about the well-being of everyone, including those with cancer and especially those in low-income households. We decided to partner with Fundación para el Bienestar Natura, A.C., knowing that our values and objectives are aligned with their inspiring mission.
How do we support?
In addition to donating funds that are used for treatment, emotional support, physical therapy and medication, we have been personally involved with patients through site visits and spend time with victims of this terrible disease. This allows us to continue to understand their needs, be sensitive and have a deeper empathy for the caregivers and the people in their care.
